Mike Hallmark, 60, of Huckabay, died Sunday, September 4, 2016 in Fort Worth.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 9 th , at Stephenville Funeral Home
Chapel with Ryan Hurt officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Erath County.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home.

Mike was born on September 21, 1956 in Tucson, Arizona, to the late Travis and Margaret Frost
Hallmark. Mike graduated from Huckabay High School in 1974 and was a lifelong resident of Erath County. He was a dedicated employee, employed with Erath County as Equipment Operator for Precinct 4 for 23 years. Mike was a member of the Baptist faith, loved ranching on the family ranch, and spent a lot of his time outdoors, especially hunting. Mike was proud to see his girls grow up, marry and take in three son in laws. He loved his grandkids. You could find him supporting them at their games, enjoying summer traveling with the family and feeding them his specialty, meatloaf.

Survivors include his daughter, Rachael and husband Russ Holloway of Merkel, and children,
Rylan, Avery, and Micah Holloway; daughter, Tosha and husband Larry Rives of Lingleville, and
children, Parker Hallmark, Jaxson and Piper Rives; daughter, Candy and husband Robert Rogers
of Albany, and children, Judson and Kealey Rogers; brother, Marvin Hallmark of Pflugerville;
and sister, Kathy Hallmark of Weatherford, and her children, Rebekka, Madison, and Mallory.
